HOW IT WORKS
What we'll be responsible for:
- Enter listing into MyStateMLS - national MLS (Optional)
- Displaying your number in the private remarks of MyStateMLS
- Forwarding you all buyer leads
- Being available 7 days a week
- Making requested updates to your listing
- Receiving and notifying you of offers
- Keeping your property status updated in the MyStateMLS
What you'll be responsible for:
- Establishing a list price
- If offering compensation to buyer's agent or concessions to buyers,
signing an agreement to honor those offerings - Providing complete property data
- Providing property photos (at minimum 1 exterior photo)
- Placing sign & lockbox
- Showing coordination
- Keeping your status up to date within 24 hours
- Prospect & agent communications
- Buyer pre-qualification due diligence
- Negotiation of all offers & counters
- Inspection & appraisal coordination
- Inspection report review and analysis
- Inspection addendum if needed
